Sales person was great but I didn’t get the mattress I picked out at the store than when to another store and it was different. Than we picked up another mattress at the store still not comfortable. Talked to customer service was suppose to get a hold of us never did. Called factory and he was suppose to get someone to take care of our problem . That never happened! So now I was getting this new mattress because I am facing surgery. Now I have more pain with the new mattress.
